Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of two years from the commencement of this Act.

Transitional Provisions Transitional Provisions.-

1. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any law for the time being in force, the statutes, ordinances and regulations made or deemed to be made under the Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973 as amended from time to time shall continue to be in force and applicable to the respective Universities until new statutes, ordinances and regulations are made under this Act.
2. (2) All the appointments, decisions, orders, notices or notifications issued by the University before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been made or issued under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
