Registered Graduates

("Registered Graduates")

1. (1) The following persons shall be entitled to have their names entered in the register of registered graduates, namely :-
   • (a) any graduate of the University;
   • (b) any person who holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Law or of any other faculty of any other statutory University and who has been residing within the territorial jurisdiction of the University for such period as may be prescribed by the Statutes: Provided that the person referred to in clause
   • (b) shall have to pay such fee as may be prescribed by the Statutes for enrolment as a registered graduate: Provided further that no person shall be entitled to have his name entered in such register if he is a student of any University.
2. (2) The register of registered graduates shall be maintained in the prescribed manner.
