Statutory text

Regulations.— The Executive Council may make regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes and the Ordinances made thereunder—

(a) laying down the procedure to be observed at meetings and the number of members required to form a quorum;
(b) providing for all matters which by this Act and the Statutes or Ordinances are to be provided for by regulations;
(c) providing for any other matter solely concerning such authorities and not provided for by this Act and the Statutes or the Ordinances.
