43. Maintenance of Discipline.—(1) The Kulapati may, if he is satisfied that it is necessary in the interest of the University, or in the interest of students or teachers of the University, by order in writing, direct that any student or teacher shall not be admitted to a particular college or department of the University or University Teaching Department, and thereupon such student or teacher shall not be admitted to the college or department as directed.

1. (2) The Kulapati may exercise all powers as may be necessary or expedient for the maintenance of discipline and order.
