Power of State Government to issue directions
- (1) If it appears to the State Government that the University is not functioning in accordance with the provisions of this Act or is not complying with the orders issued under Section 61, the State Government may, in the interest of the University, issue such directions as it may deem fit.
- (2) The University shall be bound to comply with every such direction issued by the State Government.
