Payment of salary to teachers and employee

("Payment of salary to teachers and employee")

1. (1) The salary of the teachers and employees of the University and its affiliated/constituent colleges or institutions shall be paid through the Bank account only.
2. (2) It shall be mandatory for every University and college/institution to ensure that the payment of salary to their teachers and employees is made by bank transfer.
3. (3) Any violation of the sub-section
4. (1) shall be considered a violation of the Act and the responsible officer/management shall be liable for action under the Act.
