Statutory text
- (1) Without prejudice to any of the provisions hereinbefore contained, the State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes and objects of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to any of the provisions hereinbefore contained, the Corporation may make by-laws for any of the purpose connected with this Act.
