Formation of Joint Committees

18.(1) The Corporation may join with any other local authority in constituting out of their respective bodies a joint committee for any purpose in which they may be jointly interested and in delegating to any such joint committee any power which might be exercised by the Corporation or any of the local authorities concerned. (2) Such joint committee may, from time to time, make rules as to its proceedings and as to the conduct of correspondence relating to the purpose for which it is constituted.
