Councillors, Munipal Officers etc been public servants

Every Councillor, every officer and servant of the Corporation and every person authorised by the Corporation to do any act under this Act or any rule or by-law made thereunder shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section (21) of the Indian Penal Code.
