Power of Corporation to grant licences for Fairs or Melas

The Corporation at a meeting may require the owner or lessee of a fair or mela or an owner or a lessee of land intending to hold a fair or mela thereon, to obtain a licence in this behalf from the Corporation on such terms and conditions and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
