Power to borrow and maintenance of funds and accounts of the Board

(1) The Board shall have its own fund into which all money received by it shall be paid and from which all expenditure incurred shall be defrayed. (2) The Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, raise money required for carrying out the purposes for which it is established on the security of any property vested in it.
