Power to inspect

Any officer authorised by the State Government by order shall have power to inspect the accounts of the Board or any market committee or to institute an enquiry into the affairs of the Board or any market committee and to require it to do a thing or to desist from doing any thing such officer consider necessary in the interest of the Board or any market committee, as the case may be, and in case of non-compliance, to ask to furnish a written reply to him within a reasonable time stating reasons therefor.
