Disqualification for membership in the Board

No person shall be eligible to be a non-official member of the Board who: (a) is below eighteen years of age; (b) has been removed under section 30 of this Act; (c) is of unsound mind; or (d) has been declared insolvent or sentenced by a criminal court for an offence involving moral turpitude: Provided that the disqualification under clause (d) shall cease to apply after the expiry of four years from the date on which the period of the sentence expires.
