Duty to furnish information to the State Government or other authorised officer

When the affairs of the Board or of a market committee are investigated or the proceeding of such Board or committee are examined by the State Government or any officer as may be authorised by the State Government in this behalf, all officers and staff, members of the Board and of such committee shall furnish such information in their possession in regard to the affairs or proceedings of the Board or committee as the State Government or such officer may require.
