Contribution to the Board

Every market committee shall, out of its fund, contribute to the Board a sum not exceeding twenty five per cent of the money received by it as may be determined. If a market committee incurs an expenditure for any purpose other than those specified under section 25 or in excess of the expenditure approved by the Board then it shall be deemed to be a mis-application of the fund.
