Trial of offences.

Statutory text
(1) No offence under this Act or any rules or bye-laws made thereunder shall be tried by a court other than the court of a Magistrate of the First Class. (2) No court shall take cognisance of any offence punishable under this Act except on the complaint of the secretary of the Board or of the market committee.
