Power of the Board in emergency.

(1) In case of an emergency the Board may suspend or cancel all or any licence issued under the provisions of this Act and take such other steps as may be deemed necessary in the interest of a market. (2) Where a market committee is not competent to perform the duties imposed on it by or under this Act or under orders or decision of a court; the Board shall make such arrangement for performing such duties and functions of such market committee as it may deem fit.
