Duties of the market committee

It shall be the duty of every market committee to enforce the provisions of this Act, the conditions of licence granted under the rules and bye-laws made under the Act in the market area and to provide such facilities as the State Government may, from time to time, direct in connection with the purchase and or sale of notified agricultural produce.
