Acquisition of land for the purpose of this Act

Statutory text
(1) The State Government may on the request of the Board or a market committee, acquire land required for the purposes of this Act. (2) The Board or market committee shall be deemed to be a local authority for the purposes of the Sikkim Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1977.
