Rules and regulations for pilots

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in Chapter II the Board may make special reylations for regulating the behaviour and conduct of pilots or harbour-masters, and may provide that any breach thereof shall render the person committing it liable' to a penalty not exceeding two hundrd rupees in addition to such punishment in the form of suspension, dismissal or the like as the Board may deem expedient to inflict. (2) Such regulations shall have no effect until they have becn approved by the Government and published in the official Gazette.
