Trustee or servant of the Board not to be interested in contracts

Any person who, being a Trustee or an Officer or Servant of the Board, in any case not covered by sub-section (2) of section 8, acquires directly or indirectly any share or interest in any contract or employment with, by or on behalf of the Board shall be deemed to have committed an offence punishable under section 168 of the Indian Penal Code.
