Indian Securities Act, 1920 to apply to Port Trust Securities

The provisions of sections 4,5,8,9,10 and 15 of the Indian Securities Act, 1920 shall, rnlrtaiis mu tandis, be applicable to all securities issued by the Board subject in the case of sections 10 and 15 of the said Act to the understanding Lhat the word "prescribed" shall mead "prescribed by Government or by the Board with the sanction of Government".
