Payment of balance of Port Fund to Board

The Government may at any time direct that the whole or any portion of the balance of the moneys which may be credited to the ConsoIidated Fund of the State in the account of Port under the Indian Ports Act, 1908 or the Orissa Ports Regulation, 1937 after defraying therefrom all expenses legaliy chargeable from the said income shall 5e paid to the Board for the purpose of this Act.
