Security for loans

All loans may be raised on the security of- (a) the property now vested, or which may hereafter become vested in the Board, other than any sums set apart by the Board as a sinking fund for the purpose of paying off any loan ; and (b) the t?.ses, tnlls, ducs, rates, rents, cesses, fees and charges leviable under this Act.
