Accommodation supplied to be used for landing and shipping

When a sufficient number of wharves, quays, stages, jetties, piers, warehouses, sheds and appliances have been provided, as aforesaid, the Board may, with the previous sanction of Government by an order published in three consecutive issues of the Official Gazette, direct that no goods shall be landed or shipped from or in any sea-going vessel within the port, save at such wharves, quays, stages, jetties and piers and, may, in like manner, vary or revoke such order.
