Grants of gratuities and allowances to establishments :~ The municipality

ata meeting may, from time to time, in accordance with regulation made under Section 84-

1. (i) grant gratuities, allowances or annuities out of the Provident Fund or Annuity Fund to any of is officers or servants, as it may think fit;
2. (ii) grant gratuity to any member of the family of any of its officers or servants who has died from diseases or injury contracted in the discharge of a duty which was attended with extraordinary bodily risk.
