Porvided that the limits of such burial places are defined, and that they shall only be used for the burial of members of the family of the owners thereof.

Appeals from orders under Section 321 :— Any person aggrieved by any order made by the municipality under the powers conferred upon it by the last preceding section may appeal to the State Government, and the decision of the State Government shall be final.
