Transmission of particulars of grants-in-aid to Schools :— Every

municipality shall in each year—

1. (i) frame and transmit to the Director of Public instruction by such date and in such form as he may direct a statement showing—

1. (a) the names of schools for which grants-in-hand have been sanctioned for that year, and
2. (b) the amount of the grant which has been sanctioned for each such school;
   • (ii) furnish a report to the Director of Public instruction by such date and such form as he may direct exhibiting the grass-in-aid which it has distributed to schools within its jurisdiction.
   • (iii) transmit to the Director of Public instruction such further reports and statements as may be prescribed.
