Part II REGISTRATION OF HOTELS
Statutory text
Certificate of registration.-The prescribed authority shall, unless registration is refused under section 6 direct the entry of the name and particulars of the hotel and the hotel-keeper to be entered on the register maintained for the purpose and issue a certificate of registration to the hotel-keeper in the prescribed manner.
