Certificate to be shown to person on demand

Certificate to be shown toqperson onqdemand.--(1) Any person registered under this Act shall at all time~,~on demand, produce and show his certificate to any of the following persons, namely :-

1. (a) the prescribed authority or any officer duly authorised by it in this behalf;
2. (b) any bonafide customer.

1. (2) Ans person who refuses on demand to show his certificate to, or allow to be read by, any of the persons authorised to demand it, shall be punishable with fine not exceeding Rs. 500.
