Refusal to register

Refusal to register.-The prescribed authority may refuse the registration of a travel agent under this Act on any of the following grounds, namely :-

1. (a) if he does not possess any of the prescribed qualifications;
2. (b) if he has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude and two years have not elapsed since the termination of the sentence imposed upon him;
3. (c) if he has been declared an insolvent by a court of competent jurisdiction and has not been discharged; and
4. (d) if his name has been removed from the register under this Act and six months have not elapsed since the date of removal :
