Statutory text
Penalty for malpractice.-Any hotel-keeper or travel agent who canmits d m31-practice in a trourist area or contravenes any other provision of this Act for which no spec;fic penalty has been provided, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine not exceeding Rs. 1,000 or with both.
