Penalty for default in registration

Penalty for default in registration,-If any person who is required to apply for registration under this Act fails or omits to do so in accorda~lcc with the provisions of this Act, he shall be punishable with fine not exceeding Rs. 1,000 for first offence and in the case of contiizuing offence with Ks. 50 for each day the offence continues after such conviction.
