Head of Department

The Vice Chancellor may remove the Head of Department, if he is found guilty of misconduct of any kind, or fails to perform his duties to the satisfaction of the Vice Chancellor and revert him to his substantive post and/or place him under suspension till completion of an inquiry; Provided that the Head of Department will be heard before taking such a decision.
