Manner Of Co-Operation And Collaboration With Other Universities Or Institutions Of Higher Learning (Section 32(h))

On the recommendation of the Academic Council and with prior approval of the Board of Governors, the Board of Management shall have the power to establish co-operation and collaboration with either institutions, organizations, universities, individuals, industries and societies in India and abroad for promoting excellence in teaching, academic, training and research based on mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
