Delegation of powers (Section 32(n))

Subject to the provisions of the Act and the Statutes, any officer or Authority of the University may delegate his or its powers to any other Officer or Authority under his or its respective control; Provided that overall responsibility for exercise of powers so delegated shall continue to vest in the officer or authority delegating such powers.
