Dean, Academic Affairs

The Dean, Academic Affairs shall: (a) Assist the Vice Chancellor in keeping a close watch on academic activities undertaken by the Schools of the University; (b) Ensure that the decisions of the Academic Council are followed in letter and spirit; (c) Advise the Vice Chancellor on the updation of curriculum, in accordance with the demand of the industry and at par with the one being followed by the Institutions of repute; (d) Scrutinize the academic proposals emanating from the schools before these are forwarded for consideration of the Vice-Chancellor or the Academic Council.
