Proceedings of meeting of an Authority (Section 32(n))

(1) Proceedings of meeting of Authority of the University shall be recorded by the Secretary of the meeting of the Authority and shall be signed by the Secretary and Chairperson of the meeting. (2) If the Secretary of the Authority is unable to attend the meeting of the Authority, the Chairperson shall appoint a member of the Authority to act as Secretary for that particular meeting. (3) A signed copy of the minutes of each meeting of the Board of Management, Academic Council and the Finance Committee shall be sent to the Chancellor by the Registrar.
