Punishment for offences of preparing false election rolls or making false entries in wards lists

Any officer or servant of the Corporation who knowingly or makes an entry in the list of persons qualified to be enrolled which is incorrect or false shall, on conviction, be punishable with imprisonment of either description which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to Rs. 500.]
