Chapter XII BUILDINGS REGULATIONS

Statutory text

(1) The Commissioner shall cause printed forms of notice for the purposes of section 337 or 342 be delivered to any person requiring the same, on payment of such fee 4[* * *] for each form as shall from time to time be prescribed in this behalf by the Commissioner, with the approval of the 5[Standing Committee].
(2) There shall be printed on the reverse of every such notice, or on a separate paper supplied without extra charge therewith, a copy of sections 337, 338, 339, 340, 341, 342, 343, 6[344A], 345, 346, 347, 348, 7[349, 349A, 349B], 8[349C and 349D] and of all by-laws made under clauses (c), (d) and (e) of section 461 at the time in force.
