Accounts of the

6[Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking].—

1. (1) Accounts of the receipts and expenditure of the corporation on account of the 7[Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking] and of the properties vested or vesting in the corporation for the purposes of the said undertaking shall be kept in such manner and in such forms as the 8[Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Committee] shall from time to time prescribe.
2. (2) The 9[General Manager] shall publish such accounts in the Official Gazette every year.
