Levy of charges for electricity.

Charge shall be leviable for the supply of electrical energy by the

1[Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking] at such rates as may from time to time be fixed, subject to the provisions of any enactment for the time being in force and of any licence granted to the corporation thereunder, by the
