Power of police to regulate traffic on streets.

Nothing in this Chapter shall limit the

powers of any police officer to regulate the passage of any traffic along or across any street along or

across which any tramways are laid down and the police officer may exercise his authority as well on as off the tramway, and with respect as well to the traffic of the
