With the previous approval of the corporation,
2[the Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Committee] may direct that any portion of the
3[Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Fund] may from time to time be credited to a separate heading in the accounts maintained under section 460MM, provided that there shall be credited and debited to such special heading such sums only as shall expressly relate to the object for which a special fund is so created.
