Creation of temporary post.

The General Manager may create temporary posts carrying a monthly salary exclusive of allowances not exceeding

10[ten thousand rupees] per mensem for a period of not more than six months and no such posts shall be continued beyond such period without the previous sanction of the

11[Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Committee].

1. (2) The 12[Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Committee] may create temporary posts carrying a monthly salary exclusive of allowances exceeding 13[ten thousand rupees] per mensem for a period of not more than six months. The 14[Committee] shall forthwith report to the corporation the creation of every such post and no such post shall be continued beyond a period of six months without the previous sanction of the corporation.
