Chapter XXII REGISTRATION OF TUTORIAL INSTITUTIONS

Penalty for establishing or maintaining unregistered tutorial institutions.— Any person who establishes or maintains a tutorial institution, without obtaining the registration, in contravention of the provisions of this Act shall on conviction be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
