Collection of fees from Private Hospital and Para Medical institution.— Subject to the rules made by the Government for this purpose, the Municipality may collect annual fees at the rate fixed by the Council from any Private Hospitals and Para Medical institutions registered in the Municipality, for any services if any rendered to it by the Municipality.
