Provided also that no review shall be done by the Government suo motu after the expiry of one year from the date of the order sought to be reviewed.

CREATION OF POSTS UNDER MUNICIPALITY CREATION OF POSTS UNDER MUNICIPALITY.—

1. (1) No post in the service of a Municipality shall be created except with the previous sanction of the Government.
2. (2) While according sanction under sub-section (1) the Government shall give due regard to the necessity and financial soundness of the Municipality.
