CONVENING OF MEETINGS OF THE VOTERS.— A Councillor representing a ward in any Municipality having a population of more than one lakh may convene the meeting of the voters whose names are included in the voters list of each ward for giving proposals to the Municipality regarding the formulation of development schemes.
