Chapter X DISPUTES REGARDING ELECTION
Statutory text
APPEALS.—
- (I) Any person aggrieved by an order made by the court under section 176 or section 177 may prefer an appeal to the District Court on any question whether of law or of fact.
- (2) Every appeal under this section shall be preferred within a period of thirty days from the date of the order of the court under section 176 or section 177:
